Restaurant offering traditional Alsatian cuisine in a picturesque setting with a warm welcome.

Since the 1960s, André and Marthe Roth have been cooking traditional Alsatian cuisine in the old village café. In the 2000s, Lydia took over, honoring the reputation acquired by her parents, supported by a loyal team that will give you a warm welcome. In the decoration, in the art of receiving as in the plates, one preserved today still the standing of antan. Without doubt the most remarkable thing on the menu is the flambéed tarts for which the people of Strasbourg make the detour!

On retrouve enfin l aigle!!! Après quelques mois dans le flou, ce fameux restaurant ( pour moi la meilleure tarte flambée du monde) retrouve ce qui a toujours fait son succès ! Service accueillant, cuisine qualitative et soignée et enfin à nouveau des portions « normales ». Bref nous y allons et y retournons avec plaisir et gourmandise. Comme quoi tout est question de personne et il aura suffit d une seule personne pour mettre en danger ce haut lieu de la gastronomie locale.

Restaurant charmant. Malheureusement le personnel en salle pas très agréable. La tarte flambée n'était pas super, les bords étaient brûlé et à mon goût beaucoup trop de crème et très peu de garnitures. J'en ai mangé des biens meilleurs ailleurs.

Très bonne tarte flambée ,le service impeccable.
J'ai pris une salade mixte en plat ,il y avait uniquement le cervelas et l'emmental, pas d'autres salades en accompagnement.
