Since the 1960s, André and Marthe Roth have been cooking traditional Alsatian cuisine in the old village café. In the 2000s, Lydia took over, honoring the reputation acquired by her parents, supported by a loyal team that will give you a warm welcome. In the decoration, in the art of receiving as in the plates, one preserved today still the standing of antan. Without doubt the most remarkable thing on the menu is the flambéed tarts for which the people of Strasbourg make the detour!

J'ai pris une salade mixte en plat ,il y avait uniquement le cervelas et l'emmental, pas d'autres salades en accompagnement.
