Vineyards, a park, a pond, there was only a reception room for the Domaine des Palais to become the place of your events. In a unique setting, Yann and Sylvie Palais offer the first œnotouristique site of the department. The room, once dedicated to the monks of the village (hence the name of the vintages), has kept its aspect of large covered origin with a wooden frame and stone walls. Only a modern touch on the walls with colours on the theme of the vine makes it possible to appreciate the mix of styles. A small passage allows access to the vaulted cellar, where wines are raised in oak barrels. You will also enjoy the park in the evening where light atmospheres highlight the small wood and the tower. Theme visits allow you to explore the field with its different universes: walking in the vineyards with a commentary on the vine cycle, discovered by Yann's wine cellars, explaining how to develop the different vintages, the passage in the rearing cellar which will also be the place to taste the range of the estate. All evenings can be embellished with local products, such as cold meats, cheeses… In the course of an introduction to oenology, Yann presents in a playful way the different ways of tasting wines by making a small tour of the French vineyards with its mosaic of land, grape varieties and wine making.
