CAVE FRANCOIS CHABRÉ
François Chabré has 4 hectares of vines in Gamay varietal. It produces an AOC Côte roannaise red fruity and pleasant, to the flavour pronounced in red fruit, which accords with charcuteries of the land and a red tradition more robust, balanced in tannin and fruit, with notes spicy, blending with red meats and cheeses. A light, aromatic rosé and a sweet half-dry rosé sweet and fruity, for aperitif. Together with his brother, they created Fraternal wine, a white wine from Urfé from a grape variety. He also produces a farm charcuteries, and he gets his pigs in the open air, in the woods, which he transforms into sausages, terrine, andouilles and hams, for sale on site and to discover during a tasting visit. It offers campers, a parking area for those who prefer hiking and buissonniers paths.
