Je déconseille fortement le magasin Mobalpa Andrézieux. Ils m'ont vendu une cuisine puis m'ont appelé 3 mois plus tard en me disant de vite la commander car ils arrêtaient la fabrication sinon je devais payer des frais de stockage. Puis au moment de monter la cuisine, nous avons constaté que tous les plans de travail étaient inversés. Le responsable nous a traité comme des moins que rien quand on lui a demandé de prendre ses responsabilités face aux changements des plans et des pièces abîmées. Nous lui avons demandé un geste commercial car je me retrouvais sans cuisine dans ma nouvelle maison. Ce dernier m'a répondu que les clients n'étaient jamais contents et qu'il passait son temps à régler les problèmes. Par cette réflexion, je constate juste que tous les clients sont des cons et bons qu'à payer et qu'il y a souvent ce genre de problème dans son magasin. Ce qui l'intéresse c'est votre chèque et surtout le montant que vous y mettez dessus. Après vous pouvez aller vous faire voir.

For €13,000 (except household electric), I was receive a cuisine:
- including the lacquer " écaille" and it is irrevocable because Mobalpa, 6 months after launched this model, withdrew from its catalogue, with for consequence impossibility of having the least panel of replacement
- a countertops drink that stands of through and that is not plane (marks with spires of 7 mm in the centre)
And of course a company that refuses to repair its errors!
Beware also with the team of the order: with the code used is easily the trap.
