AUBERGE DE LA ROCHE CORBIÈRE
The Auberge de la Roche Corbière, nestled on the foothills of the Madeleine Mountains, is ideal for a good time between friends at the bar, around the table or with the warmth of the wood oven. Here everything is home with quality products, with local producers, and even bread. Taste the specialities of the house, trout of the organic fish farming in Puy-Guillaume, the fresh frogs of the François Fish, the leg of lamb in hay crust accompanied by small vegetables from the Moulin du Moulin in Perreux and the épices lait milk pig in Roanne, but also fresh cheeses from La Rouenne farm in Saint Martin-d'Estréaux, dry cheeses from Boisy Farm in Pouilly-les-Nonains, and homemade desserts such as cabbage, chocolate, or floating island. The wine list allows you to discover the wines of the region, including the Roannaise de la cave Jacques Plasse in Saint-André-d'Apchon and that of the cellar of J.-B Clair for the half-dry in Renaison, but also the Brewers of the Brasseurs in Pouilly-sous-Charlieu. Warm welcome and a pleasant setting.
