Since 2008, this family-run business has been producing pigs and poultry. To promote quality products, the animals are raised in the open air and fed non-GMO cereals. The animals are processed on site in the traditional, artisanal way. As a result, we offer charcuterie all year round, as well as recipes that vary according to the season. In winter, you can enjoy boudin and cabbage sausages; and in summer, you'll appreciate godiveaux with herbs or fourme cheese to enhance your barbecues! These products are sold at the farm, in producers' stores or at the Noirétable market!
