On the heights of Chaudes-Aigues, the medieval keep has been adorned in glass and steel to house Serge Vieira's emblematic restaurant at its feet, where chef Aurélien Gransagne has taken over. Bocuse d'or 2005 and two Michelin stars confirmed in 2021, products are worked with delicacy and aestheticism. The result: food that's as good as it is beautiful! You can't get enough of it, from the amuse-bouches to the coffee. Excellence is always the order of the day!

the flat: the chef who remains behind its bar while we are not many DS room, a small safety would have been friendly
