This GAEC has been in existence for more than 40 years and produces excellent goat cheese. The farm currently has 170 white Saanen goats and a production of up to 700 litres per day. Everything the livestock eat is produced by the GAEC. If the farmers are often on the Lyon markets, especially at weekends, they offer a wide range of Pilat goat cheeses for direct sale, from faisselle to ripened cheese, including dry and semi-dry. Aperitif goat cheese to be eaten and exclusive recipe of tomme salad.
