In a few years, Sébastien Forissier has dusted off the verbena cultivated in the past in Forez. A dazzling success that led him to double his production. With his Verveine du Forez, he has brought the "grandfather's liqueur" up to date. Wild verbena, lemongrass, officinal, all are labeled organic and grown in open fields without pesticides, picked and trimmed by hand. The maceration is done without coloring agents or preservatives, the product is less alcoholic for an authentic and artisanal liqueur mixing power and freshness. Many starred chefs, wine merchants, delicatessens and restaurants display it on their menus and new products are regularly created.
