In their bakery, pastry and chocolate shop, Franck Miramand and his wife offer 3 essential regional specialities. The "Délice du Pilat" is a cake made of a pure butter shortbread dough with a blueberry filling. The fragrance varies with the seasons: chestnut cream in autumn, raspberry in summer... Do not hesitate to place an order to reserve a share! At the end of the year, "Chirats" are crispy pralines hidden under a layer of Weiss chocolate. The "Giants", characters with charcoal eyes, have a pleasant vanilla taste.
