LE COMPTOIR DE ZANZIBAR
Located above the Loire Gorges, Le Comptoir de Zanzibar, creator of confectionery, makes its products by hand from quality raw materials, without flavouring or colouring. The spread and the milk jam are always made in copper cauldrons to bring out their flavours. Only good things: nougats, marshmallows, meringues, gingerbread and cookies! The caramel is flavoured with Camargue fleur de sel, the chocolate spreads are overflowing with hazelnuts without vegetable fat or soya lecithin . Delicacies made with simple and real ingredients, to be eaten as they are or to be cooked. To your aprons!
