On the road that crosses Chavanay, at the fork in the road that goes up to Pélussin and the Pilat, there is a beautiful house where you should stop to discover the wines of the region (and elsewhere). La Véraison offers not only a small terrace to sit and taste a selection of wines made by authentic enthusiasts, to be accompanied by a plate of local products. Wine bar, but above all a very nice cellar with excellent advice to guide your choice according to your tastes, your expectations and your budget. Beers and spirits also available.
