Chavanay's oldest estate traces its origins back to 1797. Ancestral know-how - a historic Côte-Rôtie PDO estate - and exceptional vines have been developed by Romain Decelle, who converted the estate to organic viticulture. In an extraordinary setting, De Boisseyt has 11 hectares of vines to produce Côte-Rôtie "Côte Blonde", Condrieu "Les Corbonnes" and elegant, powerful Saint-Joseph. Visit the cellar for a wine tasting, with a wide range of tours on offer, including a stroll along the Chavanay hillsides.

High environmental value. Vignobles et Découvertes. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm; Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. Closed on public holidays. Annual 15-day closure in early August.
