Located near Saint-Marcellin-en-Forez and the artists' village of Marols, you can spend a pleasant moment of gastronomic discovery at the Euphrasia. The sign is a nod to the chef's paternal grandmother, whose first name was Euphrasia, which means cheerfulness in ancient Greek. In other words, all the elements are there to eat well. Une heureuse surprise en ce samedi soir d'hiver ! Nous ne connaissions pas ce restaurant et nous en avons été très satisfaits. Pour des prix raisonnables, la cuisine est généreuse et, ce qui ne gâche rien, inventive sans être prétentieuse. A cela s'ajoute la qualité du service qui témoigne largement de l'attention portée aux clients. C'est une excellente adresse !
