LA MAISON DU VIEIL ECOTAY
While the Table of the Old Ecotay had closed for about a year, Alexie Joanou and Jean Babonneau took over the establishment. Opened in February 2015, this new restaurant is now named La Maison du Vieux Ecotay and offers traditional cuisine entirely made up of fresh, local and seasonal products. In short, quality raw products, highlighted by the preparation of Chef Jean! The dishes are as beautiful as good. Delicious cuisine in a modernized but always warm setting. Between the apparent stones or outside on the terrace, come and enjoy the small dishes of La Maison du Vieux Ecotay.
