Are you passing through Firminy? The address to recommend : L'Everest. The welcome is pleasant, the presentation of the plate remarkable and the cooking delicious. The marriage of flavors is perfectly mastered. The scallop with shrimp and asparagus soup is a treat followed by a pan-fried filet of sea bream with anchovy and basil juice accompanied by vegetable spaghetti and carrots with orange and to finish a duo of dark and milk Barry cocoa chocolates, Joconde cookie, passion fruit sorbet and mango whipped cream. A wonderful meal from start to finish! The only drawback is that the room is a bit noisy but this is largely compensated by the quality of the cuisine!

The only drawback for an autumnal menu, mushrooms that accompanied dishes were too few (only one morel for a " sirloin with morilles" it is little, little).
