SALAISONS PALLUT
Maison Pallut is the result of a marriage, in the 1970s, between a family of pork merchants for four generations and a family of charcutiers. La petite salaison de Chanterelle moved to Condat in 1993 and expanded in 2008. Today, their sons Bertrand and Christophe manage the business, buying in local pigs, slaughtering them, cutting them up and processing them. Here, in the store, it's all about the pig... even the decor! You'll find boudin, terrines, tripoux, ribs and their flagship products hanging on the wall: hams and sausages. It's impossible not to love this gourmet delicacy. A must-stop!
