In the heart of Pilat, in the former farmhouse of a chateau, this charming and authentic establishment has just opened its doors... We were undoubtedly seduced by the tasty cuisine served, mainly made with ingredients from local producers. The wine list features 160 labels, including some from Cave Marcon. And next spring, seven rooms will be available, as well as lodges in the woods with private spas and terraces.
