Inn-restaurant offering different menus and karaoke evenings in La Fouillouse.
The Auberge des Granges is no longer there, it has been taken over by Domenico Capalbo... welcome to Italy! The man is no novice, he has already held the Trattoria, the Strada, and the Italian in Saint-Etienne. He is betting here on large green pots and gingham check tablecloths, in the colours of the country. With his cook Sabrina, he has kept frogs and grated but serves them Italian style with shavings of Parmesan and Provolone cheese and accompanied by Parma ham and Bologna mortadella. There are also risottos, pasta and pizzas and different menus: biker walkers, festive on weekends. Moreover the owner even plays a few guitar notes during karaoke nights. Grazie!
