Pascal Laurent is creative at heart. In his spacious boutique, he offers a wide range of refined desserts, each one more refined than the last. For the greatest joy of the eyes and the taste buds, you will admire the letter or number cakes, the famous cacotte, the oldest speciality of the house which integrates a flan in a brioche, the cracker and the cellieutien, a variation of sorbets inspired by the surrounding orchards: vine peach, pear, apricot and morello cherry. The signature: the Rochers du Gier, delicious almond and hazelnut pralines coated with almond and hazelnut chips and covered with a chocolate coating. So many delicacies you won't find anywhere else!
