In a completely renovated establishment, Adeline de Sousa and the highly experienced Adrien Sivestrin who worked at Les Ambassadeurs à Saint-Chamond restaurant welcome you every lunchtime. They offer a kitchen like home cooked with fresh products that vary over the seasons. Every day, you have the choice between meat and fish and every Friday, a specialty is offered to you in the day: couscous, paella, cassoulet, Portuguese cod… The dishes are very rich. You can taste, for example, a head of veal gribiche sauce with apples green salad green salad or fried mussels marinières roquefort sauce with cheese and dessert.
