PÂTISSERIE VOCANSON
The reputation of Patrick Vocanson, and his wife Evelyne, is no longer to be done. Originally from the commune, this outstanding pastry maker made his favourite weapon the apricot. He designed with him two small marvels of the genre that sublimate many cakes. The «Roussillon» is a natural spoon biscuit with vanilla vanilla enriched with apricot oreillons and decorated with a caramélisée caramélisée. The "Milky Apricot" is a dome covered with oreillons, noir apricots of semi-candied apricots, in which a milk chocolate mousse is glisse on a dacquoise with raw almonds.
