In the heart of the Pilat, you can enjoy a delicious goat cheese. The former owner, Mr. Peyrard, is now retired and has passed the torch to his son of a beautiful case entitled «Welcome to the Farm». Here we caters 200 goats that produce 300 liters of daily milk processed into cheese, rigottes de, famous pyramid hidden, double cream, brick du Pilat, cabriou and many others who are so many greedy invitations to discover this little corner of paradise.
