RESTAURANT MA CHAUMIERE
The restaurant opposite the church comprises three rooms and 50 seats. Frédéric Stalport's cuisine is meticulous, full of flavour, colour and discovery, and only works with fresh products from local producers. On the chef's menu, taste the terre's potato pie, Montbrison and D d, and then the merlu of hake and spinach, pilaf rice with candied tomatoes or stuffed chicken jambonnette on Grout coast. In the other menus, you will enjoy bowl foie gras of cherry-baked duck, chutney of apples and figs, grilled bread with dried fruit, then legs of fresh frogs cooked to the persillade or the tournedos of pan-fried duck in balsamic vinegar juice. Finish with the grandmother's snack box or apple in three versions (oven baked, jelly, sherbet). Don't forget the chef's suggestions: the 250 g beef strip with French fries, the Joue beef and the Vichy carrots or the veal rognon to finish with the fine apple pie and its vanilla ice. On reservation, frogs menu cooked to persillade. The atmosphere is pleasant and the smile of Nathalie does the rest. Be aware that Frédéric also carries out your wedding, birthday or other occasions, and will advise you and guide you in the choice and composition of your menus. Excellent value for money for this lovely address.
