LA PERMISSION DE MIDI
Restaurant offering theme evenings in L'Etrat.
Three epicurean friends, who love to gather around a glass and a plate of cold cuts, have created in a simple L'Etrat garage, La permission de midi, an establishment that reflects their image, i. e. convivial, with a simple, trendy and friendly atmosphere where people come to share with friends the good products of our region. Guilhem, François and Raphaël have the sole objective of satisfying the customer. They are helped by Vincent Varin, chef, who prepares good meat dishes mainly based on meat. For the sunny days, they have set up a terrace in the guinguette spirit and a petanque ground. Theme evenings are planned in the evenings.

Cuisine très décevante, juste à la hauteur d'une cantine d'entreprise : filet de poisson ( très bonne cuisson ) noyé sous une sauce sans goût accompagné de pâtes trop cuites elles aussi noyées dans une (autre) sauce. Cuisine sans effort de dressage et insipide. Tarte au citron en dessert noyée sous de la chantilly en bombe + caramel liquide industriel. Fond de tarte détrempé avec un goût de frigo.
