AUBERGE DU CRIN BLANC
At the Cluzel, ten minutes from Montbrison, on the road that rises in the heart of the Forez Mountains, there is a small hostel that deserves the detour! You will be welcomed in a 120-covered room, or on the shaded terrace of 20 seats where you will enjoy the cuisine full of flavours of Nicole Nigon. The dishes are typically foréziens; to be tasted: the fondue, grated, tartifourme or the bull gardiane (little common in the region), the lamb mouse, the rognon in Madeira… A treat! It is full of warmth, full of generosity. For your family meals, groups, seminars, the Auberge du Crin Blanc can prove to be an absolute success!

Bref, je n'y retournerai plus jamais et je ne conseille absolument pas cette auberge.
Acoustics: much too noisy, it is infernal, you will need to speak to roar and takes the ears.
