This young winemaker, former chef from Malleval, creates his field of all parts starting his first plantations in 1990. In 1993 there were no more than 2,000 bottles. Love of the profession, work and passion for quality have allowed Thierry to grow gradually and to exploit today about 6 ha in Saint-Joseph (4 ha planted, 2 ha purchased). No new drums here: voluntary choice to guide its wines towards freshness and fruit. Thierry Farjon will welcome you every day, preferably by appointment.
