OUR LADY OF THE OAK CHAPEL
Chapel decorated with stained glass, paintings and sculptures, hosting pilgrimages with the blessing of bakers and boatmen
Situated alongside the canal, close to the cycle path, this pretty 12th-century chapel with its shady, leafy park has quite a history. Built on an ancient Celtic site following an apparition, it is adorned with stained glass windows, paintings and sculptures. In spring and autumn, pilgrimages to the church include the blessing of bakers and boatmen. You can reach the church on foot from the village, after a lovely, bucolic walk.
