The art of the table is a living art. Tastes, techniques, evolve at the hands of generations. That's why Virginie and Ivan Gérard chose to call their restaurant so. Taste fatty livers, St. Jacques, and breaded veal crickets with golden macadamia nuts or exotic swimming…. Finish with the small jar of Caribbean chocolate, white chocolate, white chocolate, Viennese sablé and vanilla ice. A nice wine list, that of happiness!
