Whether it's halibut fillet with broad bean mousseline and bedstraw flowers, veal fillet with hyssop goat's curd or scallops and haddock cooked on pebbles with Iranian black lemon, sophistication is the order of the day. Please note that seating is limited, so reservations are recommended.
