MAISON POUILLY
Baker, caterer, tea room: the Maison Pouilly plays several cards, each time with a concern for excellence. Some pastry creations can be contemplated before being tasted, such as this trilogy of bonsai biscuits mixing sponge cake and chocolate in an impressively balanced composition. The savoury menu offers a few specialities that change every day, and is enriched during the festive season. The House of Pouilly also offers its chocolates. A very nice address in Montbrison, with a high quality bread - David Pouilly won, a few years ago, the prize for the best Loire-Rhône baguette, for his shop in Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert.
