Some pastry creations can be contemplated before being tasted, such as this trilogy of bonsai biscuits mixing sponge cake and chocolate in an impressively balanced composition. The savoury menu offers a few specialities that change every day, and is enriched during the festive season. The House of Pouilly also offers its chocolates. A very nice address in Montbrison, with a high quality bread - David Pouilly won, a few years ago, the prize for the best Loire-Rhône baguette, for his shop in Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert.
