In the long textile tradition of silk in the Lyon region, Denis et Fils was founded in 1956 in Montchal under the leadership of André Denis. A company that expanded in the 1980s by modernizing its production facilities and focusing its production on high-end products, particularly natural silk. Weaving silks of very high quality, Denis et Fils offers fabrics for sale by the metre with taffeta, 800 colours available, and silk muslin, 130 colours available. Also, beautiful silk scarves and other fabrics. Visits and direct sales are regularly organised at the Montchal plant.
