This beautiful hostel welcomes you in a warm room or on the pleasant and very courted terrace terrace. The chef with a refined cuisine and a sip of flavours. Let yourself be tempted by a ceps ceps nachos au with fresh herbs or a langoustines langoustines ballottine with the Saint-Jacques langoustines and its vegetable mimosa, then savour the medallion of burbot à to the sweet pumpkin cream, and end up with a genuine home dessert, the fresh frogs, to taste all summer. Notice to lovers of bowls, the hostel has a little boules, the Lyon, just opposite. To reserve an emergency. Just bravo.

Quelle belle évolution pour cette Auberge devenue une véritable pépite gastronomique du Roannais à découvrir et à connaître ou à "revenir" ! Nous étions venus mon épouse et moi aux tous débuts de l'aventure du jeune couple qui venait alors de s'installer..., et si l'on sentait déjà les prémices d'une cuisine soignée, aujourd'hui elle a pris une autre dimension (et l'établissement et son cadre aussi) pour notre plus grand plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement, les yeux fermés. V. et M.
