At Le Tisseur des Saveurs, everything makes sense and your stay and your meal are printed with a unique know-how. In Panissières, in the heart of the Monts du Matin, Le Tisseur des Saveurs offers a gourmet holiday destination of great beauty and originality. A real renaissance for this building taken over by Frédéric Guerpillon and his wife Patricia, who pay tribute to the work of the weavers in a most contemporary spirit. Good taste at every level and in every detail. Warm rooms that have preserved mouldings and parquet flooring under modern lighting (the effect on the grand staircase is splendid), incredible seats upholstered with very human animals or bright frames recalling the past... Magical decor even on the terrace to enjoy the cuisine of the chef, another ambassador of the terroir. Traditional homemade cuisine made from essentially local or regional products, all served on beautiful and generous plates: Homemade foie gras in Southwestern terrine or sweetbread, cream of boletus mushrooms and its millefeuille flower; to follow, a 6-hour calf Paleron cooked at low temperature, vine juice ice cream or a Frog pan with 2 butters; to finish with a chocolate fondant (gluten-free, bravo) and homemade desserts (Frédéric Guerpillon was a pastry chef before returning). Very nice wine list of the region for successful food and wine pairings. A gourmet stay to be extended in one of the 14 personalized rooms, also paying tribute to weaving. One of our most beautiful discoveries.
