It's impossible to visit Pilat without stopping off at La Filante. It's a place where you'll always be greeted with a smile by Renaud, Mélanie and their team. Pleasant terrace, warm dining room, traditional home cooking by Guillaume, using local produce. At lunchtime, it's "just like home", and in the evening, à la carte, fish or local meat served with home fries and vegetable flan. Vegetarian dishes are always available.
