DOMAINE DESORMIÈRE
Michel, Thierry and Eric Désormière operate 15 hectares of vines and produce about 80 000 bottles per year, produced in five vintages. Tradition is the first wine, that of their father, Michel, who then had 4 hectares of vines, producing a red wine and a rosé, from the different land of the exploitation, which they retained, by assembling the harvest of all their parcels except Perdrizière and Montolivet. Rosé Rosé: freshness, is a very fruity and slightly acidulous aperitif wine. The fruity wine Perdrizière is a dit. The hillside of Perdrizière has a very sandy soil which produces fruity wines. The Terroir land Montolivet is also a place to say; Montolivet's hillside is a sparkling wine, the fruity character is very present because it's gamay, but more watery notes make this wine more complex. Heads: the most powerful, more powerful, more complex and more complex vintage developed from the best harvest of the old vines to develop the "head" of wine. He can wait until the end of the summer to be tasted. As this wine demands high quality grapes, the average years are not produced.
