Which disappointment for this 3 star table world famous. Dishes with too original flavours (seafood jelly!) and a welcome is very differentiated from the staff between the silver guests which consumed à la carte and the middle class that took a menu. The very simple chef came to greet us. Choose, for a 3 macaroons, I advise Régis Marcon in St Bonnet Le Froid widely!
