Laurent Blettery, chef pastry pastry maker, prepares in his laboratory wonderful pastries, chocolates and dishes for the day and a speciality of the house, pailletine, a biscuit for cocoa and almonds of Provence topped with crispy hazelnuts and black chocolate foam 68%. He is always present in ceremonies and always delight the guests. Laurent can also provide additional decorations on request. From a. m., Brigitte serves breakfast with coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit juice and of course pastries. From 11 p. m., you can order your dishes, a great choice is offered, meal formulas, salads, toast, mini-sandwiches and meals are prepared every day and depending on market products. You can enjoy lunch on the spot in the beautiful air-conditioned room, as on the summer terrace or take a dip. From 14 p. m. and throughout the afternoon you can indulge in tasting dishes, ice cream or pastry. Don't forget to spend your orders for the holidays. Fast and smiling service!
