Managed by Philippe Boufferet, the Maison Seon is first a butchery with its products that express the best of the tradition of the land, which shows a complete range of meat that meets the exemplary quality, namely: meat of farm poultry, farm calves… It is also the quality homemade sausage, very convenient for an aperitif or evening, sausage, ham cooked and raw, pancetta, coppa, shank, salami, massive, boudin, croûte, foam, bowl, rillette… and even the foie gras. The Seon House is also a range of cooking dishes for unique occasions, weddings, anniversaries, dinners… The caterer card is well-stocked with laminated, rolled, quiches, fish shells, cooked vegetables and jars, condiments, soups, pasta, and cookies. Here nothing is missing and everything is excellent!
