Host at the Sweet Folies pastry restaurant and restaurant in Black Gueules, Pierre-Clément Labussière and Christophe Barboza reveal their Childhood Memories together. Their team, Yannick in the kitchen and David in the room, offers in a decor of yesteryear, under the sepia sketches signed Carole Crouzet, not only Savoyard dishes but also specialities of planchas and hot stones. On Wednesday and Sunday afternoon, in a classroom that became a tea salon, the school master gives a sympathetic look at old books and corporate games. And, if needed, souvenirs from the adjacent grocery store will reduce the return to our reality!
