About ten years ago, Jean-Louis and Aurélie Gentaz created the GAEC ferme de la Fenassière on the Bessy plateau in Roche-la-Molière. Their goat and cheese farm consists of 40 ha of meadow and cereals. The Saanen and Alpine goats are traditionally fed with hay, wheat and herbs from the farm. You will find very good dairy products: yoghurts, bricks, faisselle cheeses, fresh plain or flavoured cheeses: red pepper, herbes de Provence, shallot, garlic, pepper...
