Restaurant to taste exceptional dishes in a calm and warm atmosphere in Saint-Alban-les-Eaux.

Pierre Reure, chef, concocts a cuisine with a contemporary taste based on fresh and regional products. The Antonin, Julia and César menus will allow you to taste exceptional dishes such as rabbit in whole stuffed saddle, potato cake with truffles, Saint-Pierre cooked around salsify with vanilla, a lobster served with a butternut brioche and pumpkin mousseline and magnificent sweets to finish the meal. The wine list is up to the task. The rooms and the wonderful terrace plunge you, summer and winter, in a calm and warm atmosphere. Sublime!

Tout est parfait de l'entrée au dessert. On se sent bien dans ce lieu feutré qui invite à la gourmandise. Toujours des mets de qualité et l'originalité des saveurs est un grand bonheur. Deuxième fois que l'on vient et on adore! On a déjà envie de découvrir le menu en été sous le grand tilleul. Bravo à toute l'équipe qui œuvre pour nos papilles!
