Restaurant to taste exceptional dishes in a calm and warm atmosphere in Saint-Alban-les-Eaux.

Pierre Reure, chef, concocts a cuisine with a contemporary taste based on fresh and regional products. The Antonin, Julia and César menus will allow you to taste exceptional dishes such as rabbit in whole stuffed saddle, potato cake with truffles, Saint-Pierre cooked around salsify with vanilla, a lobster served with a butternut brioche and pumpkin mousseline and magnificent sweets to finish the meal. The wine list is up to the task. The rooms and the wonderful terrace plunge you, summer and winter, in a calm and warm atmosphere. Sublime!

A terrace in summer, sympathetic owners, a little expensive menus but could be tried! You could not be disappointed by the cuisine in this restaurant which gives you for your money. But do not forget to go in summer, it would be a shame not to enjoy the external environment!
