LE RETOUR AUX SOURCES
The Pleuchot family now cultivates 9 hectares of vines, with 25,000 bottles in production. The wines of the estate are in its image, simple and generous, they are made in respect of nature and traditions, which allows them to produce wines from complex, aromatic and easily accessible terroirs. White, pink, red: all three colours are present in their cellars. The red Le Partage is perfect with cold meats and poultry liver salads, it can also be served chilled to accompany aperitifs made with pâté en croûte and other gratons. Cheese platters, red meats and game will find their place alongside L'Héritage rouge, which will pleasantly surprise those most reluctant to enjoy the pleasures of the Gamay grape variety. Nectardif vendanges tardives is to be drunk as an aperitif, to be combined with foie gras, its complexity and sugars make it a good partner for chocolate desserts. Mimi Robin, on the other hand, is closer to Burgundy chardonnay, supple and fat, it will be served with seafood and other white meats.
