Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Château, the restaurant La Calèche enjoys an exceptional setting. Installed for nearly twenty years in a bourgeois stone house of the XVIIIth century, this establishment offers a charm of yesteryear. A staircase with steps polished by the years leads you to the intimate and colorful rooms on the second floor, one of which opens onto a small terrace. The atmosphere is hushed and the cuisine is gourmet. The menu includes lobster, rib-eye steak from Haut-Forez, tartar of calf's foot and ears, roasted pike-perch and its ball of purple potato: the choice is wide, the presentation full of promise and the service meticulous.
