An exceptional view of the Forez mountains and plain awaits you as you enjoy a snack on the inn's terrace! In cooler weather, the 70-cover dining room welcomes guests. The patia forézien (potatoes with fresh cream) or the fondue à la fourme will delight you. These dishes can be accompanied by a glass of wine from the wine list. The Auberge de Garnier is located in the heart of the Monts du Forez, in the commune of Saint-Bonnet-Le-Courreau.it offers a range of menus that are sure to please: "Casse Croûte", "Terroir" and "Fondue à la Fourme", all of which feature local cheeses and charcuterie.the inn is also renowned for its patia, a local speciality: delicious potatoes candied in cream for 4 hours, which will make your mouth water. Those with a small appetite will be delighted by the charcuterie or cheese platters, homemade pastries or artisanal ice creams. It's worth noting that the house places particular importance on the quality of its products, using ingredients selected from farms in the surrounding area. A great address for lovers of good food!
