Perched high in the Forez mountains, the inn is almost 1,400 m above sea level. Since spring, Jeanne and her partner Brice have been in charge. An exceptional view of the Forez mountains and plain awaits you as you enjoy a snack on the inn's terrace! In cooler weather, the 70-cover dining room welcomes guests. The patia forézien (potatoes with fresh cream) or the fondue à la fourme will delight you. These dishes can be accompanied by a glass of wine from the wine list. The Auberge de Garnier is located in the heart of the Monts du Forez, in the commune of Saint-Bonnet-Le-Courreau.it offers a range of menus that are sure to please: "Casse Croûte", "Terroir" and "Fondue à la Fourme", all of which feature local cheeses and charcuterie.the inn is also renowned for its patia, a local speciality: delicious potatoes candied in cream for 4 hours, which will make your mouth water. Those with a small appetite will be delighted by the charcuterie or cheese platters, homemade pastries or artisanal ice creams. It's worth noting that the house places particular importance on the quality of its products, using ingredients selected from farms in the surrounding area. A great address for lovers of good food!

Changement de propriétaire et plus rien à voir
Attention si vous voulez la fondue pensez à la réservé avant par téléphone car uniquement sur réservation mais bon vous ratez pas grand chose
C’est uniquement la fourme fondue pas de préparation la matière grasse remonte très écœurant
Charcuterie pas de grande qualité très grasse on est plutôt sur charcuterie industrielle
Salade trop huileuse

Repas : patia , Charcuterie, salade quantité suffisante et de qualité par contre le brownie je ne le recommande pas moi qui suis une adepte j'ai été très déçue : trop sec et ressemblait à un gateau yaourt au chocolat trop cuit par contre la.boule myrtille qui l'accompagnait très bonne.
