Discover the traditional manufacturing techniques for roasted oil and rapeseed. C'est le dernier moulin existant encore sur la rivière Vizezy, il fonctionne de manière entièrement autonome, son activité principale est la production d'huile de colza ou de noix. Cette année, le site s'est enrichi d'un four à pain, fabriqué à l'ancienne par des bénévoles. L'accueil est excellent, les explications très claires, et la dégustation termine cette visite très intéressante
