EARL du Bois Carré offers a wide range of organic vegetables directly from their farm, but also prepared dishes such as soups, tomato sauces, ratatouilles, white… made with their own vegetables late in the season to avoid waste. What good products to savour without moderation that will allow you to rediscover the good flavors of yesteryear! You can also opt for baskets with a subscription system that will allow you to systematically benefit from all new vegetables of the season. The baskets are to be withdrawn in Saint-Etienne Place St. Roch or in the surrounding municipal schools. For amateur gardeners, EARL du Bois Carré also sells plants of flowers or vegetables.
