Symbiose opened in December 2023. Located in Saint-Bonnet-les-Oules, the establishment boasts an uncluttered decor, and concocts refined dishes. The term "symbiosis" was chosen to represent the links between the kitchen, the dining room and the clientele. This symbiosis is particularly evident on the plate: unusual combinations, unexpected flavors, all cooked with local produce. In the evening, two menus are available: the discovery menu and the Symbiose menu, comprising 8 courses. Prices are affordable and the staff are very friendly.

Le service est également très bien.
Un tout petit bémol sur le fait que ce soit un peu bruyant. Peut être faire poser des panneaux au plafond pour réduire le bruit.
